Youth and Young Adult Ministry

Route 45: Sundays from 4pm-5:30pm - Using God’s Word, games, fellowship, and personal relationships, we walk with 4th & 5th grade students through their pre-teen years as they develop a closer relationship with Jesus

Common Ground:

“Complete my joy by being of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind. Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.” -Philippians 2:2-4

Common Ground: (6th-12th grade) Sundays 6pm-8pm – Common Ground meets weekly to learn more about and grow deeper in their faith. A typical evening includes food and fellowship, games and other activities, Bible study, and small groups.

Confirmation: Wednesdays 6:00pm-7:15pm– Includes instruction from the Bible and Luther’s Small Catechism as well as applying the Christian faith in the world we live today, along with fellowship and community.

Youth Praise Band: Wednesdays 4pm – 5:30pm; Our youth praise band leads worship once a month at our Saturday night service at 5:30pm.

Open Study Hall: Study hall available for youth to come and study

on Sunday evenings! Study Hall also available in person or Zoom 1-4pm on Fridays!

Crossroads:

Young Adults Ministry – 18-27 years old

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. – Proverbs 3:5-6

Being a young adult isn’t easy – it’s a strange, transitory time in your life. It’s a time when we need solid friends, personal growth, and God’s wisdom more than ever. We meet to discuss God’s word, encourage and pray for one another, and do life together. – Thursdays Biweekly 6pm-8pm at Church.

I led youth groups for 4th-12th grade and taught confirmation bi-weekly with my pastor! I loved getting to have game nights, lead Bible study, lock ins, fundraisers, trips, and more with this amazing group! We had nights full of laughter and countless memories! I also lead our young adults group meeting weekly with outings, movie nights, and Bible studies!
